Terms of Service

By accessing creatorhq.agency, completing Sprint Arena, booking a service, or purchasing any CreatorHQ package, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase a service.

CreatorHQ is operated by Gavin Williams, trading as CreatorHQ. References to CreatorHQ, we, us, or our mean CreatorHQ.

CreatorHQ provides done-for-you digital services for online creators, including creator website builds, sponsor-readiness audits, landing pages, profile/brand positioning, and related digital deliverables.

• Creator Starter - single-page creator home, approximately 3-day delivery after completed Sprint Arena/project details, 1 revision round.
• Creator Launch Kit - multi-page sponsor-ready site, approximately 5-day delivery after completed Sprint Arena/project details, 2 revision rounds.
• Creator Brand Buildout - premium creator presence, approximately 5-7 day delivery after completed Sprint Arena/project details, 3 revision rounds.

Delivery timelines start once the client has paid and submitted all required Sprint Arena information, links, assets, and access details. Timelines may shift where information is late, incomplete, inaccurate, or outside the agreed scope.

Prices are displayed on the website or agreed in writing before purchase. Payment is required before production begins unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack or another payment provider shown at checkout. CreatorHQ does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank card credentials.

By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the billing details you provide are accurate.

Because CreatorHQ provides custom digital work that is created specifically for each client, refunds depend on the delivery stage at the time cancellation is requested.

No refund is due where dissatisfaction results from content, links, stats, screenshots, branding, or other assets that the client did not provide accurately or on time, or where the requested work falls outside the package purchased.

If CreatorHQ cannot deliver the agreed service within a reasonable extension of the stated timeline due to our own delay, and that delay is not caused by missing or late client information, the client may request a full refund.

Each package includes the revision rounds stated at purchase. A revision round means one consolidated set of client feedback handled in one pass. Revisions cover reasonable refinements to the agreed deliverable; they do not include a new concept, new package, new platform, or materially different direction unless agreed as paid extra scope.

Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately before work continues.

You agree to provide accurate information, project assets, social/profile links, content, brand preferences, access details, and feedback reasonably required to complete the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any logos, images, music references, screenshots, copy, and other content you submit.

You must not use CreatorHQ services for unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, adult, exploitative, or harmful activity, or to impersonate another person or brand.

Once full payment is received and the project is completed, the client receives ownership of the final custom deliverable prepared specifically for that client, excluding any third-party assets, open-source tools, stock assets, licensed fonts, platform software, or reusable CreatorHQ systems.

CreatorHQ retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, frameworks, workflows, reusable code patterns, design systems, and internal tooling. These may be reused for other clients.

Unless the client asks us in writing before completion not to do so, CreatorHQ may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social content, and marketing materials.

CreatorHQ services are delivered digitally by email, shared link, website deployment, downloadable files, or other agreed electronic method. No physical goods are shipped.

CreatorHQ aims to improve creator presentation and sponsor-readiness, but we do not guarantee sponsorships, platform growth, revenue, brand deals, approval by third parties, or any specific commercial result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorHQ's liability for any claim relating to a purchased service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. CreatorHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost revenue, lost opportunities, platform suspension, missed sponsorships, or reputational loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with under South African jurisdiction unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer law.
